Apex Build Construction was founded in 2006 by Vikram Patil with a single site engineer and a commitment to doing construction the right way. What began as a residential contractor in Pune has grown into a full-service construction company delivering projects across Maharashtra.
Over 18 years, we've grown our capabilities across residential, commercial, industrial, and turnkey construction — but our founding principle has never changed: deliver what you promise, on time, and to a standard that outlasts generations.
Today, our in-house teams cover design, engineering, project management, and quality assurance, supported by a 500-strong workforce of skilled craftsmen. Every project, from a single villa to a million-square-foot campus, receives the same disciplined execution.
